A single marker identifies the burial place of enslaved people connected to the Conway household. The individual graves are believed to be unmarked, leaving the identities and exact number of people buried there largely unknown. A cemetery registry separately identifies the Conway Slave Cemetery at 14698 Conway Road and lists it as an abandoned burial ground.
